    I'm curious as to what stealing does exactly. If you have 25% stealing total, does that mean you have a 1/4 chance to get 1 emerald whenever you dmg a mob? Or does it work differently?

    IIRC it means you have a 25% chance to get an emerald drop when you hit a mob.
    You can steal from one mob up to five times.

    I think it can drop more than one emerald per hit
