Best Ever Mementos?

These Mementos I've had on my mage for a while were always considered pretty good to me, until I actually realised how good they were by checking the max stats for them.

4/4 mana regen (max)
20% spell damage (max)
26% xp bonus (max)
14% soul point (max is 20%)
-67/4s life steal (max is -63/4s)
190 spell damage (max is 215)
no re-id

If anyone has any better Mementos, let me know. But since most stats are either max or painfully close to max, I doubt it xD

For those of you wondering: I may sell these, but the price will be pretty high considering how perfect they are.

Those IDs are before the buff, but that is actually a pretty good one.

Well, you use a plural noun when describing boots, since there are two of them. A singular boot would be a Memento, both would be Mementos. They've actually named the boots incorrectly :P

stats memento:

• Mana Regen: +1/4s to +4/4s
• Spell Damage: +5% to +20%
• Life Steal: -63/4s to -117/4s
• XP Bonus: +6% to +26%
• Soul Point Regen: +5% to +20%
• Spell Damage: +50 to +215

I'm assuming we all know how ids work here. With the 0.3 to 1.3 multiplier. And from looking at ids, I've found that id's always round upwards if there's a comma involved. (for example, concentration got a base of 1 mana regen. The max multiplier is 1.3, so.... most would think that 1.3 mana regen would get rounded downwards, but we can still have 2/4 mana regen concentrations. ;p )



In order for the xp to get to 26% you need to have a 1.26 multiplier or higher.
This makes it a 5% chance to get one this good or as good as this.
In order for the spell damage to be 20 you need to have a 1.27 multiplier or higher.
If we want it to be as good as this we get a 1/96/97 chance.
There's a 30% chance to have a 4/4 mana regen one with the way ids work.
making it a (5/97) x 0.3 chance. Which is an 0.015463917525773195 chance to get one that has got these 3 maxed.


There's a 1/12 chance to get as good or better life steal.
There's a 15% chance to get as good or better raw spell damage.
and last but also least, there's a 43% chance to get the same or better soul point regen.
so, the calculation for the chances for these ids are: (5/97/12) x 0.3 x 0.15 x 0.43 = 0.00008311855670103091% chance to get these ids are better.


SO IF MEMETOES HAVE BEEN IDED OVER 10 MILLION TIMES IN TOTAL THERE'S LIKELY A BETTER PAIR OUT THERE!
