    I chargebacked stuff of a server a couple of years ago (late 2014 probably). I used to be able to buy stuff from the store (I got VIP after I chargebacked) and now I can't buy stuff. So yeah title asks the question really, was there a change with stuff?

    I apologise for the awful wording, I can't wording very well.
