Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Xephyr skates behind her.
"We're both in it." She adds.

"He doesn't have to go. There's an island and a goddess here that will protect him if he wishes." Rineth says.
"Also, if it affects your decision, we're fighting a goddess who has the power to erase all traces and memories of her victims."

 

"Can't see even see 99% of my memories anyway. Let's go."

 

Abigail gets up and walks over to Katie, hugging her. Katie seems surprised at first, but ends up hugging back.

 

"Is Kailee on board with this?"

Kailee is nowhere in sight.

Xephyr smiles before turning away, and Ihra glances at you and Stephanie.
"Well, I asked Ruby to do some scouting for us since I figured none of you would really want to risk it."

 

We're within radius of the group.

"Zauf'kaiv." Stephanie says calmly, raising her hand in a slight wave.

"Excellent work, Ihra." Myria praises.

 

"I have no idea." Cecil replies to Rineth.

"Kailee? Where are you?" Cecil tries to communicate to Kailee telepathically.

 

Ihra sighs before waving back and turning back to Myria.
"Talking to Stephanie is gonna kill me. Now, Ruby should be back any minute. I'm kinda waiting on her."

"Well, if you're ready, get on me."

"NO. NO I AM NOT GOING. YOU CAN'T MAKE ME. I'LL TAKE THE TOME OVER THAT."

 

"I won't deny that Stephanie looks rather peculiar. I hope it doesn't hinder us in battle." Myria says, slightly concerned.

 

Cecil gets on Rineth.

"Fine. I mean, I don't know what will happen to you if I die. You could be trapped in this tome for all of eternity."

 

"Good luck clueing her in. Probably need yes or no questions only."

Rineth waits for Thirteen.

"What if you left me out of the tome?"

 

"I can only hope that we lose less people in this battle than we have over time." Myria says, slightly distant.

 

"By that, you mean?"

 

"I mean you go and don't put me in the tome. There's food and stuff here, plus Rineth said there was still a nice goddess, right?"

"We won't be risking an entire nation or anything, but I don't think we exactly have an army. Just a group of crazy people, as father would say." Ihra chuckles at the end.

 

"Hm." Myria says bluntly.

 

"I, uh, didn't mean it that way... just, um... Abigail was pretty against this and had good points."

 

"Fighting and leaving both have good reasons for either side. You seem to be determined to fight, however. I will say there's a lot more potetial deaths this route, however." Myria says.

 

"Yeah. I don't know who's the goddess, but yeah."

 

"Apologies."
I say, taking the meat off my sword, and tossing it to Crystal, who, subsequently puts out his fire and starts feeding the meat to the puppy he has in his arms.
"Don't want a sick puppy on a flying dragon, now do we?"
I smile, flying up on Rineth. Crystal, however, continues to be mystified by the whole process of 'eating'.
"Crystal, it's now or never."
"Huh? Oh, yeah, I'm in!"
Crystal uses an earthen stairway to get up to Rineth's back.

 

"Kailee isn't joining us."

 

"Alright. That's her choice."
