    Unfortunately it's somewhat hard for us to prevent people from doing trades for items like this as they're probably not going to report each other. That does not make it allowed though.

    Stormy amulets are an odd case for a lot of reasons. I'd prefer they just not be sold but you can sell it for whatever a normal one is worth... Selling it for stacks more and saying they just wanted to pay that much isn't an excuse in my book.

    No lad I've got it unidentified but its 100% chance to be the witherhead bow since its the only legendary on its level and i got it from the Decrepit Sewers and it's very much tradable
