    No it cannot. Coral Ring is an exclusive item obtained from the Hive and meant to be a reward from beating the Water division.

    Yes. Either way rings aren't supposed to drop from mobs anyway.

    None of the Hive items are obtainable from anywhere other than the Hive shop. This applies to almost every item bought from shops.
