Art Sleeping Gert

Hello! I decided to try my skills in this neat contest put on by Pretzule, and here is the result:

I put a lot of time into this, even if it's not my best work I really like it! I even had my mom model for me :p

I suppose the Gert is in his fuzzy Gert pajamas.​

Anyways, great job!! May I know what software/program do you use for your pixel arts?

 

I wanted her to show me how people sleep, it had nothing to do with the Gert !

I use paint.net, but i have used GIMP in the past. Both work very well.

the gert looks so serene, even when hes dreaming about eating whole pigs.... good job on the anatomy and the pixel art in general (pixels can be a challenge but you pulled it off very nicely)!!

Gert so smart.

You Gert is strong, Gert is healthy.
That really sounds like some guy in China speaking in poor English ( Chinglish ) , although I am Chinese lol.
