I don't think this should be in Wynncraft section because this is an unsanctioned event not supported by the Wynncraft team(for numerous reasons I won't go into here). I'm just saying and also Wynncraft as in the official staff from a staff position should not be involved in it's picking of leaders and all because as I said it's not official. That being said I think staff members should be able to participate from the position of players in the FAN MADE event. Tl;dr this probably belongs in Minecraft or Other Games same as any old community servers have and the staff shouldn't get involved in this unless drama is stated on the forums and it should only go as far as that.

If they want to play as players, they are free to do like that, if someone ask them if they want to have a special position, they can still answer "no".

It's wynncraft related, "Wynncon".
Their job is to moderate for most of them, so if they think the drama go too far they can still act.

You don't even make any sense at all whatsoever. "Already"? Bank didn't even say anything on this thread before and Alexis "already" counter-argued it? And what even is that attitude for? You're not a judge in a court of law. Alexis already made his point. There was no need for it to be pressed further. Really unnecessary.

 

At this point I'm going to step in and just say that this should be kept at a low. Yes, conversing is ok but I have already told numerous mods that if this even slightly gets out of hand, I will have to asked for this thread to be closed. I would LIKE to keep it open, as I appreciate feedback and support by people, but I would like to make sure that it is understood that this is not about the past. This is about the future of it.

 

I believe the community event tag is for official on server events like pretzules hide and seek and so forth. Im confused by your second thing because I already said that they should be allowed to participate if they want but shouldnt have influence JUST because they're Wynncraft staff. The problem with the third is theres not only precedent as there have been many servers before that were wynncraft social and wynncraft related but they've ALWAYS been put in another section from Wynncraft I remember it. Then on the last thing this is unintelligible I have no idea what you're trying to say.

Like what in the hell am I reading right now this is weird. like moes trying to come off like a judge and im sitting here like what am I reading. We're all aware right that last thing done by this(wynnterfest) literally broke the EULA and Wynncraft cannot endorse that right? They sold donor kits for things like flying, and pvp kits. I know its a small server but this still breaks the EULA and they can't endorse that. Then I cant confirm but I heard people were losing donor perks mid event and thats not okay and could cause problems if someone was justifiably angry about this because they paid money. This cannot be endorsed by Wynncraft and has no place being in the Wynncraft section. The events tag is for official endorsed events and if Wynncrafts officially endorsing a EULA breaking server then fuck me.

In regards to Jamies official thing. I dont like how it was ran in the past it seemed disorganized and not planned well. I wouldn't mind a new leadership and maybe it could actually become something I wouldn't mind see being endorsed. Also this isn't any offense to whoever ran it before because I dont know who did.

At this point, it seems really obvious to me that certain forum members are intentionally trying to get this thread closed by stirring up controversy. This needs to stop. Now. Anymore of it, and there will be consequences.
