    It's normal as long as you beat the ToL* boss arena thing to get this.

    Yea some items are untradable but also have to be id'd, that's so they have random stats. And no you can't trade the unidentified Version, I tried. .-.

    It's from the ToL boss altar Boss, I would assume that this is the reason it has the lore... other than that, I'm not sure.

    it's a normal item, you just have to have done the quest to use it

    it's rare but there are a few items that have this (a bow called Solitude requires The Lost iirc)
