Why Blue Mask though?

Also looking for mostly % spell damage

 

Skill points. I have a build similar to this, except using a thunder weapon, and blue mask is excellent for it. I've tested Morph-Stardust for my build, and it doesn't seem to work as well as Blue Mask, but you can switch stuff around if you want, depending on your playstyle. I also wouldn't replace it with Third Eye because 15/4 mana regen is good enough for 95%+ of the people on this server.

How much dmg per bomb?

 

It's untested. It was a build I came up with on the spot.

 

Probably going to use Quartzite Helm for some HP and Good % spell
