I think the best offer he got was a 70 walk Stratiformis which was later sold for 17 stacks le + 5 stacks le + a 2/4 royal stormy amulet which is about 2 stacks le... so the highest offer was 24 stacks of le. To tell you, @Ag3nt has offered this amount

Yes nowadays. When gavel first came out there it was possible to buy an unid necklace and in the first 30 mins after the gameplay update came out, it was possible to reid them.
