Wynncon - A Proposal To Keep The Peace. [ Read Notice ]

NOTICE: This is NOT a place to bring up what happened in the past! I will make it specifically clear that any sight of a flame war will result in a locked thread! This is a thread for feedback, and feedback only!

So recently I've seen the revival of Wynncon, causing toxicity. Before you speak up about who's right or wrong, I just want to say I respect your opinion. But the fact of the matter is that Wynncon has become more of a turf war then a place to enjoy yourself. I'm not asking for someone to call out who is officially the owner, as I think I've come up with a better solution.

Wynncon should not be run by the same people, or the same one person. I think that in order to keep this event alive and unique, we should have different managers every year. Not only does this keep off the "Who owns it" argument, but it allows more people to express themselves, more people to show off their ideas, more people who deserve FW, and less chances of people arguing.

I know this is a bit early, but recently there has been a bit of lighting bolts shooting off peoples heads. So, unless we cannot get the original group to be stable, I propose this idea.

Please leave feedback, but no airing dirty laundry, OR starting flame wars.

I agree with this. Wynncon has become one big entitled "be all end all" thread and people get way too worked up about it. Its not fun anymore, and with wynnterfest, they tried too hard and flopped harder.


This should be done.

Update: we are working things out atm. Cant disclose too much info because its literally january and this thing is coming out in the summer. Stay tuned.

I volunteer as tribute. I'll be Wynncon Owner and make sure everything is Zight Island themed. Who doesn't like Zight money?! :D
