    I was exploring and I found a house that seemingly belongs to Nitram, the pastor in the Kander Forest.
    Here are some screenshots:

    EDIT: Me, @Goati, and @Pokextreme have concluded that the "twin buttons" are the two stone buttons that lead into the cellar. I suppose the "enlightment" part makes sense, due to the cellar having numerous bookshelves.
