So i did the maths
and max walk speed is

so you should put 20 points in strength
80 in dextirity
and 100 in agility
you will need the kaze rings to buff your agility
and your Leictreach Makani to buff your dextirity so you can use slayer
aries can also buff agility
you might have to adjust you skill points a bit diffrentley than what i said because of your ids
also dark shroud can't be used because it doesn't give skill points

you can't use dark shroud, you won't have enough sp. technically, speed 3 is 60% more, so 400%!

 

i put a second option for dark shroud ill edit it out
also i didnt know what the exact ws boost was from speed 3

 

How much SP do those things require?

leictreach needs 70 dexterity and 70 agility. Shroud needs 15 dexterity and 50 agility
slayer needs 85 dexterity, 25 agility
Kate needs 75 agility.
Follow The Wind needs 70 agility
Autotomized needs 35 agility
Start needs 120 agility.



total, you need
Puppet: 20/85/0/0/120
Booster: 20/85/25/0/120

Should be a little essayer with puppet, but you will still need leictreach.

Oh wow, I didn't realize slayer required so much dexterity. The more you know.

 

I took into account skill point boosts from armor. Assuming MAX agility on everything, with dark shroud you get to 103 agi, with two Kazes you get 115, and with autotomized, you get 122. Then, you need ~3 extra dex, as puppeteer removes that much, and you get 20-88-0-0-90

 

yea, puppeteer made it possible, it wasn't with booster

 

So it's just barely possible to wear the entire max walk speed set?

 

you used to have 8 sp extra at lv 101, now it will be like ~20 if you use leic, so much ezayer

 

dark shroud doesn't give enough skill points
Leictreach Makani gives dextirity and agility needed for using stratiformis and slayer

 

But you get more health/mana regen w/ dark shroud

 

but you need like max on everything

put 20 in strenghth and 15 in dex and 81 in agi.

after agi armor and accessories is on you have
20/15/0/0/120
put 70 in dexterity and the last 14 in whatever
beforehand you would need 11 more points in intelligence, which can be filled in by leic makani
in the end

Also I wouldn't use it for pure ws.
