    If my calcs are right, it should deal 6300 average per bomb.

    Torrential tide would shine if you just go full spell dmg. That way, you can easily make your arrow storms do tens of thousands of damage.

    Every time I see one of these builds, I regret throwing away a max raw spell Quartzite Helm, since I thought there were better raw spell helms at the time...
