I guess I survived the meteor hit somehow and ended up in the Astral REalm several years into the future conveniently in front of Bopen

 

Uhhhh, I imagined the backstory will go like this:

Backstory about childhood and shit. Then, one day, my ship/village was razed by Bopen the Skeleton King. He rounded up all survivors and demanded the question, "Which of ye will join me crew? Yay? Or nay?" He slaughtered the villagers who said no, but the ones who said yes...was turned into skeletons by the golden cutlass he wields. Now, this is the part where I choose my fate.

 

Sure, why not. I'm utterly confused by the amount of information I'm processing, so this'll be a good one.

 

Let me explain in depth of who Bopen is:

• Bopen is THE skeleton king, who is also a pirate
• He wields a golden cutlass with a golden crown. His sword has mysterious purple magic
• His main goal in his eternal life is to gather all of the treasure in the world. His other goal is to create many skeletons, by razing towns/ships
• Also, he's pretty murderous, so don't do any shit.
• His crew are required to be murderous

 

Ok, I think I've got the lore down well, and I'm ready to become a murdering magical skeleton!

Backstory: Back in the astral realm, Valeeri was a simple merchant. Riding the waves of the Astral Realm's ocean, he sailed for many a year until Bopen caught up to his ship. The ship was invaded, the crew captured, and all were given a choice: join or die. Naturally, with a hidden lust for blood beneath a seemingly kind exterior, Valeeri was the first to join, and then volunteered to execute the crew who refused to join.

Realm/Starting Place: Bopen's ship

Voice in the Sky: "DON'T FUCKING ATTACK THEM. YOU WILL DIE INSTANTLY!"
