Pokemon Sun And Moon Reactions *spoilers*

I'm loving the game so far (for the most part). Lusamine was extremely difficult the second time around--once I got her Clefable down, however, I easily tore through her party. I'm having issues training right now for the E4 and Champion (already lost to the Champion once, and used all my hoarded max revives and elixers...) because there aren't any trainers at an in-between level and there's not a Victory Road. I wasn't sure about the whole kahuna and trial thing instead of Gym Leaders. I don't mind it so much, but... come on, don't change what works, right?

I'm currently trying to level up my Alolan Sandslash to closer to my other Pokémon. My party:
Sandslash lvl. 47
Ribombee lvl. 57
Lunala lvl. 58
Incineroar lvl. 58
Hariyama lvl. 54
Oricorio lvl. 57

I tore through the E4 other than the Olivia because I didn't have any super effective Pokémon last challenge. The Champion, however, is crazy--his Pokémon are so fast!

 

what kind of oricorio are you using?

 

I'm using the Fire-type one... Baile, maybe? I can't remember the type names. I want to change it back to the Electric-type one, but I can't figure out where the nectar is for it.

I've also had both Poliwhirl and Zygarde in my party, but I threw out Zygarde for Nebby (Lunala).

 

I think the Yellow Nectar is in the flowers near the Battle Royale place, or by melemele meadow. One of the two.

Couldn't find it in the meadow though. Is it time-specific?

 

I don't know, I just took a break from salamanca farming and I got some.. my time is set to night tho

 

You have to hit A on the sparkling patches of flowers to get the nectar.

 

Smashed the E4 and Champion my second time through, now on to the post game. Heading to the Battle Tree first, need to train up and I want to get the Mega Ring. Sandslash is now at lvl. 50, and is only a little below my lowest Pokémon (Hariyama at lvl. 55).

 

But there are none. That's my problem.

Great game, but was it really necessary to have an hour long gap between becoming champion and the end of the credits?

EDIT: I realize I phrased this poorly... I was mostly annoyed because earlier, me and an irl friend were trying to do some stuff, but he needed to actually complete the game first, and the credits sequence took up too much of our limited time. I really enjoyed this part on my own play-through, but it gets tedious.

 

Yeah, I think it was. It was tieing up the loose ends of the story and celebrating THE FIRST EVER CHAMPION in Alola. That's a pretty big deal. Also, it was set up to Lillie leaving in the end, so I think it was justified. I enjoyed every moment of that hour or so between the champion and the credits.

 

I absolutely loved everything from the champion to the credits- INCLUDING the credits, actually. The only thing that I didn't really like was not being able to save. Having an autosave at some point in there would stop a lot of the complaints, I think.
