Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"What all is in there? I've heard of magic taking my family away from our home but I never imagined I'd meet one of the people who can do that magic."

"I guess not... I hope she didn't run too far..." Xephyr sighs, turning away and looking around.

Myria can see another Artemis relaxing in a tree. Xephyr seems to think it's her, and upon closer inspection, Sgavrinn and Artemis aren't in sight.

 

"Taking your family?"

 

Myria's expression turns to shock, and she immediatly looks around, panicked.

"ARTEMIIIIIIS!" Myria shouts loudly, her voice travelling both physically and telepathically, making it inpossible to not hear her at close range.

 

Crystal's puppy woke up.

 

Crystal seems alarmed, and immediately slowing down his actions and soothing it to stay.

 

"Yeah, they'd just disappear some days. First father left, then a few of my siblings. Mother said she wouldn't disappear and would care for us, but she vanished too."

The Artemis in the tree jumps down, unarmed, and heads towards Myria.

 

He is barking all over the place, mainly at Myria and Crystal.

"Oh...uh...ok."

 

Pairs of skeletal hands latch onto the Artemis, forcing her down onto her knees.

"You are not my daughter." Myria says grimly, seeing through the ruse.

 

"I don't know what's going on."
Crystal interprets, guessing as to what the puppy is barking at.
"Do you want to go find out?"

 

"I bet he's moody from Myria's screaming."

The puppy is looking tired again.

 

Looking for who said that, and finding Cecil (I think - correct me if I'm wrong) he says,
"Well, maybe, but if he wanted to know what'd going on, he'd run over. Right?"

 

(OOC: It's correct)

When Crystal said that, the puppy runs over to Myria.

"Get back here boy!" She yelled out.

 

"Don't worry, he'll be fine."
Crystal states before analyzing what exactly Myria's up to.
Once doing so, he clearly decides otherwise.
"Oh... We should actually probably get him."
Without waiting, Crystal forms into a considerably large snake, and slithers over to Myria quickly.

 

"He's on his own." She turns to Thirteen. (If he's nearby)

 

OOC: Yes, he's next to Rineth, and so was Crystal.
"What, scared of the scythe lady who's forcing her own daughter into a weaker position?"
I jeer for a moment, grinning.
"Yeah, I would be too. Not sure what they're doing, but... oh well."

 

"Who's Avis? I heard Xephyr mention that name."

 

"...No clue, actually. If she's joining us, we should be meeting her."

 

"Is she a bird?"

 

"I wouldn't know. Why does that matter?"

 

"The name made me think of a bird." You see a crow appear on Cecil's shoulder.

"See?"
