boreal's really gud
just create a speed class and beat the hive and use that class to gget ur boreal
cumulonimbus for helm, thunder sanct and shaggy booots

for accessories u'd probs want stuff gives mana regen
or dex boosting whatevers
i have 110% thunder damage currently with like half my build equipped (damn you boreal) and I do around 10k with a halation
i'd say not bad
but ur super squishy
that's why boreal is cruicial
cuz it boosts your tankiness as well as givin sum thunder dmg and stuff

 

If I wanted to be full glass cannon, is there something else I could use instead of boreal? I don't care if I'm squishy

Well if u don't want to use boreal I Reccomend Just a chest plate with mana regen or thunder Dmg depending on which one u want

U could use Dream cloud as well for the mana regen and some elemental def in all if Your fine with up to -6% thunder

Or just use aqua for mana regen and spell dmg
