What Does The Item Tag [community Event Winner] Mean?

That is the question, isn't it?

Let me tell you a story.

Once upon a time, I was happily grinding mobs in the Llevigar plains, when a particular sparkle caught my eye. It was an un identfied necklace! So I picked it up and dashed back to Llevigar, to get it identified by the kind villiger that always took my money and never gave me anything of value in return. Only this time something intrigued me when I held this item(called Oyster), something about it seemed off... And then it hit me! (No seriously, an orc had followed me into Llevigar and punched me from behind) The item tag said [Community Event Winner]! I perplexededly, called out to the others on the server, but to no prevail. Eventually, I peeled out of WynnCraft for a few seconds just to write this.
