    Yerp! Its a really damn good item if i do say so myself, Props to selvut for designing it this way

    It's a kinda tanky but walkspeedy combo and OH BOY does it work well. (I say tanky because the removal of attk speed teirs, however it seems to be overall a good assassin AND warrior chestplate both)
