    Necklace: Royal Cyclone Amulet (10% walk speed)
    Bow: Maelstrom with max walk speed

    Walkspeed build... just use kaze for rings and autotomized for necklace as stated above and if you're high enough level, try to get a Gale's Force, it has better ws than a maelstrom.
    Also Aries is better than Mask of fear.
