Store Problems

    So. I am planning on getting HERO rank, but I've come across a problem. I am currently VIP+, which is 50$. HERO is 100$. So according to Wynncraft's regular pricing, HERO would be 50$, but it's not. It's 75$.
    I'm not sure if this is a visual bug, or they changed something, but I would like some clarification.
    I think it would be really dumb to basically just take 25$ for no real reason

    Hi Tealy,
    Did you message [email protected].? It says on the store page, if you have a problem, email them with Transaction ID & explain the issue. It might take a few days for store support to get to all store inquiries because of the store sale ending today, but with your receipt, it should be an easy resolve.

    I have not, as I am unsure if it is a problem with me, the store, or not a problem at all.

    I have yet to attempt to buy HERO, I just see the price as 75 when it enters my shopping cart

    Hi Tealy,
    This is what I just checked: I just added a Hero Rank into the shopping cart for a friend whom I know has a VIP+ rank, and the cart says $50. Perhaps you should also ask support if they can verify your VIP+ rank or look at your purchase after you buy Hero rank.

    I went ahead and just fixed it for you so you can buy HERO and still get that 50$ off.
    Because you got VIP a long time ago and VIP+ through the creeper you aren't technically a VIP+ but a VIP upgraded and I had to go add that you were a VIP+.

    Oh don't email support because I fixed it, but stuff like this you would email the support and I'll help you out there.

    Thank you very much :D By the way, shouldn't there be a little like, bulletin, or something about this? I know quite a handful of people who have the same problem as me.
