    Well, I want a good tidebinder build, that does alot of spell damage, if that wasn't clear enough alr xD.

    My budget doesn't matter, just no mythics.

    Sorry for the late reply, but no, I don't think I want anything else specific. I do want to ask one thing though, if I go for the build that @Battleslay1000 suggested, should I use braker with air powders as a secondary, or braker without powders?

    in that case I think @Battleslay1000 's build is good. if you're really going for water damage you can always use water sanctuary.
