    I did this morning... Sold it to an item buyer before even thinking about if it was new or not.

    Was grinding and loot running between Cinfras and Thanos. Then someone tossed a loot bomb. Wish I had been closer to Cinfras at the time. Couldn't carry half of what got dropped.

    The designers and developers do. They are in the game thus the data exists. It's just us civilians have not been entrusted with this most sacred of information. It must be divined through the ritual called grinding or one must await revelation from on high.

    As most of us are way too impatient for the waiting option, we grind and whine about having to do it that way. We're a pathetic lot.

    Is it also weird that I found this with no Loot Bonus, in the Decrepit Sewers from a level 3 Sewer rat on a level 12 dark wizard...

    All I know is no one's posted this before and I've never seen it. I searched and didn't find anything on this set, so I'm pretty sure it's at least new since the gameplay update.
