What Is This???

The image below is NOT the great bridge statues. This image is odd and i cant explain what it is. Its outside the winter fair, and i cant go inside any of the buildings shown. But i just found it, and idk what this could mean! I searched on the wynncraft map that i was actually on a path in the road to elkurn (Which i wasnt, i was in the wynnter fair) And notice that there is a frozen dock and a house. Please tell me if this is found or not!

Both of you are right. This isn't one of the ones that stand side by side, but there are two more in the canyon on the way to the bridge.

I'm guessing wynnterfair is actually located on the icy mountains on top of the great bridge?
