Assassin/Ninja Probably The Best Melee Build Out There [ Fire ]

Yeah so
this build is pretty insane

Helmet:
Centipede
Yo this helm is just too good for melee.
A decent alternative is Shawl of Gaea I guess, but Centipede is bae

Chestplate:
Chestplate of Ineptitude
Spell damage is already dead, and the +melee is pretty damn strong.

Leggings:
Greaves of the Veneer/Vaward/Hephaestus Forged Greaves
Both are good, just using those for tankiness and skill points.

Boots:
Heartbreak/+2 tier Clock Boots (if you have one)
Just making our attack speed very/super fast.

Accessories:
You can use pretty much everything you want, as long as it gives a str, dex, def or agi buff.
A pretty balanced choice would be:
Barrage, Fireball, Bovine Cuff, Disappeared.
Of course, you can change those if you want more health, more walk speed, etc... You can also use accessories with huge skill points buffs (like Prowess)

Weapon:
Flameshot Hilt
It's basically the best assassin melee weapon.

Required skill points:
35/55/0/100/25

Of course this is impossible, that's why you need to use the skill points from your armour.

For example, if I were to use fire accessories, I might end up with something like this:
35/55/0/70/25, which is possible.

So yeah, that's a pretty good build.
Final stats:
Very/Super Fast Attack Speed
Around 10-11k health
~5-6k melee
Decent walk speed

Actually I think it would work...
Just put 65 more in str and the rest in agi.
(But I'm pretty sure there's some better alka builds)

 

Bovine Cuff + Vaward = 14
You only need 6 str from the accessories

For non mythic this is by FAR the best you can do. So in terms of cost, I'd say this is better than a melee Grimbuild

 

the voidstone daggers would be just as good. (just less dps).

The biggest thing about grimtrap is the Life Steal, which coupled with exploding exponentially increases your survivability.

voidstone has like 500ish max base damage
flameshot hilt has 1500 max base damage
also I'm pretty sure this is as good as a grim melee build, just less glassy and cheaper

 

if you don't want +teir boots, you got(Average DPS)
FSH: 637.5
VSE: 750.4

so without the boots, its actually BETTER
