Best Assassin Rainbow Weapon? (probably Not)

    I think I have potentially found the best assassin rainbow weapon (not this specific one)

    So the Specialist appears to have +20 skill points at max and maybe 650% elemental damage at max? It has 2 powder slots, but is there another way besides powders to do damage with this?

    The idea is that you add 2 powders of whatever element you got the highest damage boost for.
