    This occurs when you use Minecraft version 1.8.9, if you use 1.10 it will work correctly.

    Anything 1.9 or higher will work. 1.8.9 is the only version that cannot support the item textures.

    ok thanks, also how did you make ur custom title, for me it says travelled adventurer and i dont know how to change it...

    I believe you go to the "Personal Details" option and there should be an area to add a custom title. Just type something in, and it will change.
