Kyelas: "Yeah, good point... I dual-wield, so it won't be helpful, but thanks for the offer..."

I decide to leave and hope the armor doesn't fail me.

 

He stops you as you leave. "Hey, I can lend yee some adivce tho. Check out that stand with the flaming leaf, the guy there might be able to help you on a more... arcane... level"

 

Kyelas: "Thank you. I'll take a look."

I look at it.

 

Yevor: "Hmm. That sounds interesting."
*I follow Kyelas.*

 

Theres a dude there in a green robe and a crown of bark around his head. Druid/10.

"Welcome my friends!" he says in a loud, charismatic tone. You can't tell if hes a Hippie or just high af.

Kyelas: "Hi..? I was told you could give us... Arcane help or something..."

 

Yevor: "Hello. I was told you could help us with arcane power."

 

"Awe, yeah man" He says, raising up a burning plant to his mouth. "I gotcha three things that could be helpful, but you only get one. All right dude and little dude?" He reaches down under the table and pulls out three boxes, and opens them. He lets out a puff of smoke.

In the first one is a ring made of woven iron strings.

In the second is pouch of herbs.

In the third is a helmet with a big letter "N" on it.

 

Kyelas: "And what is each..?"

Is he The Sacred Stoner? (It's a joke regarding a YTP-style video I watched a while back...)

 

I don't get that reference.

"The band is made from hair cut from a Korred using an Iron Dagger. The little guy was NOT happy about that. Its got like, the Korred's invisibility powers."

"The pouch is some A+ magical kinda sh*t. It's typically not legal around these parts but got awesome effects man."

"The helmet I myself call the "Helmet of Nope". You may not stop you from getting hit, but boy will it save you next time."

 

Yevor: "As he said. What are they?"

Yevor: "Well, the ring may be nice, but the helmet sounds interesting too.. and I don't know what the pouch does... What are you thinking?"

 

Kyelas: "The ring could be nice, but I'm not interested in the helmet... Also, is that herb an illegal drug?"

 

Yevor: "Probably. Considering I'm a fighter, the helmet could be useful for me."

 

"Illegal only applies when the guards are around, my dude. But trust me, its far worth it. Puts a little magic in even the most mundane folk" He says, taking another drag of his burning plant thing.

 

Yevor: "...I'm considering going for the helmet, I guess. Kyelas?"
