Takumi: "I actually died after the war, but came back somehow. I regained my memory after seeing Siegfried, who, it turns out, was the leader of the decay the whole time. Anyway, does the name 'Takumi' ring a bell?"

"How this will work is simple. Whoever draws the long stick will be allowed to get first pick on what territory to control. This shall continue on until all the territories are exhausted."
