Buying Cancer With Good Poison And Max Teir + Tarus With Good Melee And Minimum -teir

Why do you need a taurus with minimum -tier if you can't counter it at all with all the gear that gives +tier's total? I have an 1150 melee taurus if you want that c:

 

How much -tier attack on the tarus?

 

Why does it matter, if you can't counter it anyways and the lowest attack speed is super slow.

 

Minimum tier is -14tier, unless you have a max tier cancer and something else it isn't worth it. Cancer/Taurus builds are ded.

 

Well they got nerfed, but they are still good. I have a roullete whatever that weapon is, and It has super fast, so the build will decrease it to very fast which is still pretty good
