Backstory: Christopher Woke up on morning, unaware of anything around him. He has no memory of where he came from, but has learned all modern fighting styles and is a prestigious fighter. He kills entrables and sells them as bounties to the Mage Citadel, and is apart of a group of fighters who also share a story like his who call themselves "The Emerald Knights"
Personality: Intelligent, persuasive, mysterious, straight-forward.

What would be equal to 22 human years in elven years. No idea how much that is.
She is a young woman is what I'm going for.

Gender:

Elf

Appearance:
As a young female elf, Ira is naturally quite beautiful. She has long blond hair and "burning" (not litterally) red eyes.
She is wearing clothes in red, orange and white. She has a necklace with a very beautiful gem in it. It is shaped like a flame and changes into the different colors of one.

Class:
Pyromancer/Firebender, or whatever. I don't really care what we call it :P. Ira is kind of a speciel occasion. She is not just a fire mage, so probably not pyromancer. That would be misleading.

-Abilities:
Ignis Incendium:
Ira has control of fire. She can manipulate it. Think firebenders from Avatar.
She can also to some degree create small flames. These are very small and is not enough to really damage anyone except for direct contact, and are used mainly as utility.

Burning temper:
If Ira gets angry, her magical abilities are enhanced.
It also comes with some physical alterations to her body and looks. Her body temperature rises significantly and her eyes seem more on fire than usually. Her hair will catch on fire, but will not be damaged.
If she gets really mad though her hair will rise straight up in the air and Ira will have a firey aura around her. This is pretty much her ultimate power. She is INCREDIBLY strong in this form but is uncontrollable and it takes alot to activate. This is when she has the power to burn down a city, but it is REALLY rare. think "best friend from childhood stabbed me in the back" angry. (Or something like that)
In this extreme she can use up more mana than the has normally, but can easily use too much and completely drain her energy making her unconscious.
She can send out a strong explosion from her body in this state. This will drain her incredibly much and will make her unconscious if strong enough.

-Spells:
Pyroblast:
Ira will channel a large ball of fire which on impact will explode.
The longer the channel the stronger the fireball and the more mana it takes. This can get a seriously big.

Conjure:
Ira can conjure physical objects of fire. These can be for utility but are mostly weapons.
These objects will disintegrate if they get out of 5 meters range of Ira, so no ranged weapons.
This takes mana depending on size. things like swords whips shields and stuff in that sizecategory are 10 mana.

Impulse of fire:
Ira sends out a strong short range wave of fire that knocks anything it hits away. And ofcourse it also damages things :P
If in extreme cases of Burning Temper Impulse of fire will be a continous stream of fire.
Costs 7 mana.

Weapon:
Has none. Uses what she conjures using Conjure.
One of her favorite weapons is her signature fire whip (Kinky I know ;).

Magical prowess:
Ira is an elf so she has 30 mana, but she has withborn <--(Don't know if this is actually a word) magical abilities so she is a bit stronger though. Don't know what is balanced but I would say 35-40. Not too much though. Let us say 35.

Backstory:
Ira was born in the elven city of Apstrus. Deep in the woods, far away from other civilisation. Her father died a long time ago when she was little. She never really met him.
For a long time her powers were unknown to the other elves. She kept them for herself and her mother. She was afraid that the other elves would banish her. They thought of fire as chaos, death and destruction. They failed to see the beauty of a flame. The chaos of the flame is what made it beautiful in Ira's mind. Ira also knew something they didn't. Fire is not just death. Fire is life. Many other races has built their civilisations on fire. Fire is rebirth. Where the others saw a dead tree turned to ash, Ira saw the plants that cherished in the ash. Fire bring a light in the darkness.

Ira loved to spend hours sitting and gazing into one of the flames she created. She only almost burned her home down three times, until one fateful day when her anger took over. Ira had always been angry, but with her mother's she had been able to calm herself. Not this time though.
Ira was sitting in the living room staring into a flame she had conjured in her fist, when suddenly there was a powerful but steady knock on the door. She sat there for a second confused. Elves usually didn't knock like that. Then it was there again. *Knock, knock, knock.* Then she dispersed the flame and walked over to the door. "I'm coming!" Ira opened the door, and outside stood at least a dousin elven soldiers in their golden armour which glittered in the light. At the front stood the high general of the elven army. Ira stood there in shock for a few seconds. The soldiers began pouring into her house as the general said: "Find her!" Ira snapped out of the shock and exclaimed: "What are you doing? Who are you searching for?" The general answered her: "Don't worry. We're not here for you. We're here for your mother." Ira didn' t understand why that would help, but before she could ask why they would do it, her mother came into the room: "What is happening? Oh. Hello. What do I owe the honor?" The soldiers without hesitation begin moving in on her, but Ira quickly stepped in their way with fire in her eyes. Through gritted teeth she asked them: "Why are you doing this!?!" The temperature in the room rose slightly. The general seemed a bit shocked, but got steady again after a few seconds. "Your mother has committed crimes way beyond normal and is to be put before the elven high council of Apstrus." Ira wasn't conviced and confidently said: "I know my mother. She would never harm a living thing. She is definately not a criminal, but I am curious as to what you think she's done." The general grimly told her: "She hasn't harmed a living thing. She's broken a very fundamental law of nature which is never to be broken." Ira knew what she talked about. Necromancy. Here was something her and the council agreed on. The dead should stay dead. The alternative is terrible and unnatural. A simple word escaped her lips: "No." The temperature rose even more as Ira's hair began rising up and dancing like a flame. A paper caught on fire. The soldiers hands tightened around their weapons, but they waited for the order from their general. Without turning around to face her mom Ira full of anger said: "Tell me that it isn't true! Tell me this is all just a big misunderstanding!... TELL ME!" She could hear the sadness in her mothers voice when she refused to tell her that. "At least tell me why!" Ira said hurt and burning with rage. "Your dad. After his death I was desperate to get him back." The room's temperature rose again and now, even the general seemed nervous. She said with a trembling voice: "Look. We are just here for your mother. Just let us take her and we'll leave." "No." was the answer. Ira didn't know what to do. She was splittet. Her mother was a Necromancer, but she couldn't just let ehem take her! This was happening too suddenly for her and she couldn't process what to do. She felt a raw, untamed and overwhelming power inside of her. The energy built ed up inside of her and wanted to get out. It wanted to rush out in every direction. It began surging out from her body all of the stored energy at once. The power overwhelmed her and everything went black. The last thing Ira saw was her house in flames.

When she woke up again, she was lying in front of the elven high council of Apstrus. They were gonna exile her for hiding her powers for so long and though not admitting it also because they feared her powers. Ira reluctantly agreed after having heard what damage and pain she had caused. Even she was afraid of her powers after that episode.

She went out into the large world which she had been hidden away from all her life only with a map, some food, some water and her powers. At first she didn't know where to go. Everywhere she went there were things that could be burned down and after the recent events she didn't quite trust her powers. After a while she learned of the desert and there wasn't much to burn down in a desert. Her hightened body temperature made it easier for her to survive there. She found a small oasis hidden far away from civilisation and has lived there ever since.

Over time she has regained a sense of trust in her abilities.

Personality:
Just as flames are chaotic Ira is too. As Burning Temper suggests she has somewhat of a temper. She can get angry pretty easily. But! She is not evil. She is actually very friendly and trusting. Often a little too trusting. She doesn't have a big ego, but is mostly pretty confident in her abilities.
She is impulsive and unpredictable.

Starting place:
In the small oasis in the upper left part of the desert far away ftom civilisation. (This is not on the map yet)

• There are probably alot of mistakes in this since I wrote alot of it on my phone late at night, so I will revisit it and edit it tommorow morning. I just wanted to finally get it done :)

Literally the first time I've seen a male use a female character... Well, now that I know it's socially acceptable, I'll admit I DID want to try my hand at a female character...

a triple hit every 3 turns is too op, I say every 5 turns, but each hit does 80% damage

Though I'd need to replace a character in another rp for it, and I tend to grow a little attached to my characters, so killing them off isn't an option...
