I've got two of them which are pretty good:

#1 is 2 points away in both WS and exploding, from max.
#2 is 1 only point away in both WS and exploding, from max, but unfortunately also has the -1/4 mana steal.

 

How Much Each?

 

I guess maybe 2.5 le each (since #2 is slightly better, but also has the negative manasteal)
