Assassin/Ninja Glass Cannon

Hi! I have been trying to find a glass cannon build. I don't care how you do it Give me 1k hp and a huge amount of thunder damage for all I care. Specifics are simple: No mythics, level 100, spell focus, and as much damage as possible with high speed and any mana regen.

1/5 Fire
1/3 Agility?

Now I regret accidently re-iding my 40% shaggy boots earlier

 

with this build u can get 166% thunder dmg
which is a lot
totally random thought

 

I'm thinking that u better just use poison build lol.
Cancer is Legendary which can get close to MYTHICS dmg like wtf.

Probably sundown poncho (400hp also eat away your skill points ^^)
Also use venture tail will give u more overall thunder spell dmg and more glass-ness
