I'm Not Sure Where To Post This, There Is Something Wrong With My Wynncraft When I Came Back. [help]

So umm i just came back to wynn after about months of taking a break from it. And when i'm back, evrything changed, im excited to see that right? Then every armor and weapons are unindentified, and i have to identify them which is not a problem cause i still have alot of emeralds in my bank to do that. BUT when i tried to equip my armors it says i need points like agility or strength, then i realized my skill points are all resetted, and you're supposed to use your compass to use your skill points right? so here's the problem (finally):

When i tried to open my compass, the 5 books thats supposedly for skill points are gone, as in the 5 slots are clear. I still have the 3 items on each side of the compass for effect customization and stuffs but my books for skill points are gone, and not just for my archer class which is my main class, all my other classes are gone as well. And I need help to fix this please.

Have you tried restarting minecraft?
Also, maybe you have to reset your character...

 

It's possible that your skill points were reset and are now available, have you tried putting them into the points you want?

 

Use Minecraft 1.8.9

 

sometimes it happens to me but if i click the slots that the books were supposed to be at, it will work

A lot has changed indeed, and i recommend you look at the News tab on the forums to see what has changed (https://forums.wynncraft.com/forums/news.64/).

As for the books, did you enable the wynncraft texture pack? Some things will not function without it. If this is not the problem, try restarting your Minecraft, maybe even on a different version.

Hey umm, yeah i do have some question now that i came back, now that i got the skill points fixed and everthing is in that water-thunder-earth thing now i dont know what to build ._.
I'm a level52 archer by the way, need some help with my skill builds if you dont mind?

 

Archers are very squishy so tend to go into Agility. Agility gear also gives +Speed% most of the time, which works well with the speed you get from archer. As for the second element, it is up to you really. You can go Strength for decent damage or Dexterity for even better, but unreliable damage. You can also go Intelligence as second element, which reduces the cost of spells. This is recommended if you cast spells a lot and find yourself running out of mana a lot. Defense as a second skill is not recommended for archer, since it only has 80% base armor it wont really give you that big of a bonus.

If you have decided your 2 elements, just split them up evenly. Or you can go full Agility first and then your second element, but that is up to you!

 

Hmm is it okay if i max up agi and split up int and strength? or is it better to choose just one?

basically you can play with whatever skill points you want, and str/int/agi works quite well for archer! You have decent power in both melee and spells, but sacrifice a bit of defence for speed. The agility gives you access to items with good walk speed, that build can use a helmet called Aries in the endgame which is Earth/Air and has the best walk speed out of all helmets! There's lots of weapon options for this build too.
I guess my point is play whatever build you want and it will work.
