Mage/Dark Wizard Help Fatal Build

me current skill pointy build is 0 70 56 0 70
I'm 99 mage.. so when I lvl i'll be able to spend 2 more sp.
with armor I have... 0 90 64(GAAAH MY MOON POOL CIRCLET IS 65) 0 79
The dilemma here is that I simply don't have enough skill points for a fatal. But my leictreach is dang good, but its downfall is -2/4 mana regen. I have to counter that, me only having a max of 5/4 mana regen or else rip. I need my meme toes for some mana regen. My soul signal has max spell damage, leictreach is essential, raging wind for some speed, foreboeding for that general bonus to dex, and a royal stormy. I'm considering switching out my raging wind for something else, like a dex booster. Finesse seems like a good one. I might also switch out my royal stormy for a royal shocking, since I used to be going for a water build.
So... should I go for finesse and switching my royal stormy for a royal shocking or should i switch out something else out?

 

Use Capricorn instead of Memetoes when you get to level 100, it gives skill points which let you spend less soul points on dex and int. Also, if your Royal Stormy isn't 2/4 Mana Regen, you can use Willpower instead (which has +2/4). Otherwise, if you're using Royal Shocking, switch to Electric Torc as it gives more thunder damage and dexterity or Coyote Crest for way more dexterity.

Switch leitreach for thunder sanctuary? :)

Save on a lot of agility points, but I'm not sure if thats what you want.

EDIT: Probably a bad idea, since it removes your only hope of not dying instantly in PVP (agil)

Boreal Patterned aegis would be great (2/4 mana regen, 3k health, 20% ws, ETC) but since you don't want that...
