here was the build I used, it has good elemental defence nice Intel and agi.

Helmet: morph
Chestplate: Libra
Leggings: I used crystal but water sanctuary would probably work better for way more damage.
Boots: riverflow

Rings: Prism
Bracelet: nebulous
Necklace: clock

The weap is tidebinder.

Good elemental def aside from thunder.

Focus on Mr, water damage and skill points on your gear. put enough skill points so you can wear morph stardust, put on your prisms after that and then put on your Libra, put points into Intel so that in the end you have enough points in Intel so that charge costs 1 mana, then dump the rest into agi.

In the end you should have 10/4 mr, nice elemental defence, around 70 agi, very spam-able spells cos of your intel and around 10-12k uppercut if you use water sanc.
