If Bandits are illegal (I don't know the laws of the Astral Realm), I'll turn them in to the authorities. Better than dying, right?

I get out my tome and staff, rush out to see the battle, and ask someone what is happening.

Which means special NPCs like Winter, Rhetsam, Ayumu, Yansur, Kyelas, and Faryen will have tomes with their own spells in.
