Art How Do I "blend" In Paint.net?

    i'm trying to make... something, and i need to blend some parts, so the colors connect. how do i do that?

    i prefer paint.net because i saw someone use paint.net make some AMAZING fnaf speed edits, and want to see how he does it. by watching what he did, i managed to get this Lolbit head on my profile pic.

    If you plan on getting serious with art, I honestly suggest you move out of MSPaint.
    You can torrent Paint Tool SAI, so you can do that if you really want a good "free" program. If you plan on ever making commercial money out of your work though, I would strongly recommend you buy the actual program out of respect for the creators.

    Honestly, SAI is cheap for a permanent program of that caliber ;D

    I disagree. Paint.net has all the art features you will ever need. Who needs a blending tool anyways? And what's the deal with bilinear resizing? Nearest Neighbor is where its at.

    This is Paint.NET

    And for connecting colors, I would go lazy and select the colors you want to connect and make a gradient between them using the gradient tool in a separate picture and use those colors. If you really wanna use a gradient in the picture just delete the part you want to make a gradient, make a new layer and put it underneath the layer you are using and make the gradient there.
