The game is too fucking easy. Haven't fought someone with more than 3 pokemon yet (at the ghost trial rn) and never lost once. Not to mention that I have an average of 42 in a lvl 30 area...

 

Also, can I mention that this exists

This game wasn't easy for me, even with EXP Share and Battle Style on Set. I lost to Hau at the second fight against him (which is an allowed blackout) and blacked out at the Grass trial.
I also used like 6 Max Revives on the Elite 4.

But, Minior has a shit ton of weaknesses that destroy it.

 

that actually works to it's advantage as it essentially guarantees shields down will activate, and with a focus sash you wouldn't have to worry about that at all

 

just caught UB-05 and dang it's OP
413 hp but no defenses
and that's easy to fix

Most of the games have starters that I toss out at lvl 40 because of how weak they normally are, but the latest 3 are great endgame. I picked popillo first cause I'm into water types, but in the middle of the first island I got all 3. A lot of new players don't know you can't get starters any other way so I traded the other 2 for that X and Y puppy and a vullaby.

Pretty lucky.

 

Actually these three starters are average, as starters go. there are actually really good starters in the other games (Greninja, Swampert, Blaziken, Infernape, ETC)

 

Can I also mention that every time I try to catch a Minior, it self-destructs before I can get it to low health?

and don't tell me to use quick balls they break out of them every time

 

Try finding a pokemon with the Damp ability. I used Golduck.
