It was never fixed, Salted just told us it was.

sounds about right...i wear a full morph set, and i only ever unequip/lose accessories to this glitch, despite common sense saying it should also happen to armor if it happens to accessories. then again, you still can't quick-equip accessories either (which i don't think will ever be added).
to combat this thing i just keep some open slots in my inventory. it has happened to me before and i've lost a fuckin' topaz to this before. and morph-topaz is one of the most difficult rings to find due to
1) the extreme lack of tier 3+ loot chests around detlas and nemract, and
b) the fact that it's a set item.

i know i'm gonna hear "topaz is so easy to get compared to hive stuff waahhh" because of this post, to which i say this: always keep extra vouchers lying around. got nothin' better to do? go make a spare class, level it up to 80, and get some friends to get you through the hive quest. boom, you've just gotten 1 extra of every voucher. if you do all the quests, it should take you 1-2 days max even without totems. grindin' ain't that hard.

also, i'm not dissin' your style, but honestly, why you're using double moon pool circlet when you could be using double breezehands is beyond me.

tl;dr keep open inventory slots, and spare hive vouchers if they're hive items, and always keep a few stacks of le on you for other accessories so you can buy back the stuff

good, means the post was a success, because aside from the keeping inventory slots open thing i actually have no clue how to deal with this and was kinda just suggesting stuff in the hopes it either got a good response or got the usual "this guy's an idiot" response

both of which i'm ok with, the latter because i'm pretty used to it
