in death's mansion we see some hourglasses and one large one that he says is how much time the world has left
considering the world of wynn in the lore is a few thousand years old and that hourglass is near empty
is the world of wynncraft coming nearer to an end?

They just can't, there are already 2 provinces (or 1 province and 1 realm) planned. If they decide to add another province, then wynncraft becomes too big and new Players will see no Progress in lvl while there is maybe a lvl 200 max possible.

 

What if a monster from Dern gets released when the hourglass sand reached 0 and the world is supposed to end by this one monster.

But.

The player (you) have come to this world to save it from that monster, and Death has not counted with that.

The whole joke about bloomi is that corkus became real, I dont think anyone seriously wants it.

 

It possibly will.

Either by people tired of waiting 4 years for a new update or Jumla has a big boo boo

 

Imagine Bloomi is the other side of the Corkus island where the Avos are winning the battle against pollution.

 

Here's some random item lore:

Apocalypse lore:

Bad Wolf lore:
"The runic message carved on these enigmatic boots cover hundreds of different languages, many of them disused, but what has been translated seems to describe a disaster soon to arrive to the world."

Either of these could be referring to the "end of the world", and are possibly related to the hourglass.

 

The Bad Wolf is a Dr. Who reference and probably not canon for Wynncraft.
The Apocalypse spear probably meant the life of the warrior.

 

what if that combines with @Rujala's suggestion and when the hourglass runs out apocalypse gets a buff to signify that it's ready to claim all life and bad wolf gets a change of some kind

 

You missed something there :
There are evidence everywhere about time being nearly stopped, i mean, the Detlas and Selchar hourglass are broken, the guild clock too, when Corkus will be out We will see if their clock tower is working or not.

 

Man, I was ready to type a big ol' post explaining why Wynncraft is not dying, these clickbait titles hurt me on the inside.

 

And no one wants clickbait on the forums, so, how about you change the title to something like "Is the Wynn Province dying?"
