For the capitals, place them somewhere which matches these descriptions.
Dwarven should be in a large major mountain with lots of ores to dig. They live underground and forge shit of their metals which they dig in underground tunnels. They also need to be near water to get some fresh water to cool their forges.
Elves would be in a thick forest around a lake or something. The important thing is that they live somewhere with lots of wild nature which is pretty secluded.
Humans would simply be somewhere in the middle of everything. Probably some open plains with good traderutes.

Places like these would be suited I think.

Well you have a week to ready yourself before you head off the the human capital, so you should prepare.
A. Visit some shops and buy supplies
B. Train with Chorizo.

X-Slash: Cut in a scissor-type motion and deal damage equivalent to half of their maximum HP (Highest damage is 100) [15 Mana]

Weapon(s): A Katana alongside a shorter version of a Katana (The name of which is a Wakizashi. I totally don't research this stuff and also learn about it due to the fact that I'm totally not learning how to use a katana irl).
Magical prowess (how much mana do they have?): Mild, 10-15 Mana

Backstory: Born to a warrior family, he received heavy training in swordplay. Eventually, he found out it was possible to use a sword that was normally used for indoor fighting to dual-wield with his main sword, and thus he learned to do so to gain an advantage in battle. Eventually, he learned about the Entrable, and wanted to do something about it. Once he was ready, he set off to fight them, and encountered an injured young, small, grey fox in the wilderness. He ended up taking it in and helping to nurse it back to health. It then became a companion of his (yes, foxes can be domesticated). He continues wandering to defend towns from Entrable.

Personality: Smart, Wise, Not social, doesn't like people much, but likes animals and gets along well with them (That part is actually based off of a disorder I have irl. People with it tend to prefer animals over people. A lot.), afraid of heights and spiders, and really likes fruit for some reason. Easily annoyed.

 

I want to tame a Phoenix so don't worry.

You approach the massive dwarven city of Khalundar. The smell of burning forges and the sound of hammering metal fills your senses. You might as well take advantage of being here, and purchase a skillfully made weapon or learn to craft yourself one! Since dwarves aren't very adept with magic, you can use your basic eleven magic to enhance their blades for some coin.
A. Learn a forgecraft, (armor smithing or blade smithing)
B. Purchase a new blade and enchant it yourself.

Chorizo comes running happily to you. You try repeatedly speaking to him with your mind, but to no avail. But, you are determined! You will yourself to do it, and by the 5th day of the week, you hold a mental conversation with Chorizo. He is very excitable it seems. What should you do with your last 2 days?
A. Rest up.
B. Buy supplies.

 

What king of swords are there?

 

Anything. These are dwarves, the masters of craftsmanship. They could probably forge a sword out is gemstones... For the right price.

 

I'll learn weaponsmithing, I guess. I'm not buying two swords.

 

You approach one of the more experienced weaponsmiths. You ask her if she will be your mentor for a while. You tell her you learn quickly and only need a week to learn what you need to know

 

I'll learn how to forge stuff then...

 

As you watch her work you mentally record every second of it, and after a day you have reached her level of skill! You thank her and are on your way. As you are leaving, you happen across the only library in the city.
