Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Maxwell seems confused, and just glances at you on its back.

"Um... do you want privacy?" Xephyr asks, trying not to chuckle.

 

"Why you do this to me?"
She gets off.

 

Maxwell turns to you, then knocks you over with its wing.

"You need some kind of bond if you want Maxwell to talk to you. This... is just awkward.

 

"Agreed."

 

Maxwell starts walking off, swatting you with its tail as it goes. Xephyr cringes.

 

"I"m sorry!" She starts to follow Maxwell.

 

"I still need sleep. A way to recharge my energy without using so much energy there is no gain." Eve says.

 

Maxwell doesn't go far before turning around, putting its face in front of yours, and exhaling extremely warm air point-blank.

You hear a scratching noise before Maxwell signals you to look down, unsure of what the blindfold is for.

"My breath can release a sleep inducing aroma, if you desire."

 

"Do you really want to see what's under here?"

 

Maxwell nods, only apparent by its shared vision shaking up and down.

 

She takes off the blindfold. Think of a face without eyes, and the eye sockets is just skin.

 

Confused, Maxwell gets up close to your face, then pauses.

She looks down, showing claw-etched writing.
"I dont liec the naim maxwel" it reads in (very) broken common tongue.

 

"How would you like to be called?"

 

"Mi muther used to cal mi Kailee" she writes.

 

"Do you know about this Xephyr?"

 

"No ... wat is zefir"
Xephyr glances at the writing before turning away.

 

"The dragon lady over there." She points to Xephyr.

 

Kailee walks over to Xephyr and eyes her curiously.
"Hello..." Xephyr says nervously.

Kailee writes "hi"

 

"Kailee must be special..."

 

"At least they can write."


Kailee turns around and etches something else in the dirt.
"y did u summun mi?"
