Happened randomly when I was logging in on my archer, item slots just changed places.

 

You probably just put the bracelet in the wrong slot

 

And I did it with the necklace and bracelet at the same time without it auto rejecting. K you exposed me :(
No seriously if you didn't get that sarcasm no i didn't ;-;. It happened while I logged in on my archer.

 

Maybe try another bracelet to see if it works?
