    I'm using this rn:
    Cumulo
    Boreal-Patterned Aegis
    Leictreach Makani
    Ventus Tail
    2x Concentration
    Contrail
    Errant

    Base skill points: (will vary) 33/66/99

    I do 7.5-13k spins. I have 5 mana regen. The build doesn't have much hp (6.5k), but it has pretty much the highest damage Weathered can do, ok mana and lots of walk speed. You are weak to earth and fire, but don't take much damage from air/thunder/water attacks. And you have high agility of course.
