Thunder Powder Buffs

I was wondering what t6 thunder powders can do for armour, what % damage buff per kill they add and for how long.
I fucked up putting powders on my armour so I have to fix it, and add new powders. I was wondering what t6 thunder powders add, what +% damage per kill and for how long.​

If u still need help buff on weapons is basicly u hit a mob and then dmg passes on to the enemies next to him and on the armour itz a killstreak dmg multiplier
