You can find them in a basement in almuj market from a mob

i need empty bottles

 

what @Snerp said, go to almuj market and there should be stairs opposite from the item identifiyer guy,
their pretty easy to kill and they drop glass and water bottles

and plus this is in the wrong section

 

i am only getting water bottles

 

keep killing them
