Can I trade you a Tier 5 Water for 4 Tier 4 Waters? I accidently combined my Tier 4 Waters into a lots of Tier 8's and I want a Tier 4.

There is something called clickbait, whether it is cheap, or not, it CAN be a matter of opinion depending on the mindset of the person, and whether or not they are stubborn in their decision in the value of powders
